Submission guidelines

 

The journal features the following sections:

2. Discussions and notes

4.Book reviews, notes, discussions

 

General recommendations:

Text:

- Times New Roman font, size 12, single‐spaced for the text, size 14 for the title, size 11 for abstracts, size 10 for footnotes.

-please send the text as .doc or .docx file, size A4.

-iIllustration should be sent in separate files, not included in the text file or as PDF.

-every paper should have an abstract in English or French.

-authors are asked to mention their institutional affiliation and the email address.

Footnotes:

1.      Name of the author, articletitle, journal, year, page (E. Petac, A. Vīlcu, The Lysimachus type Gold Mintage from Odessos, Istros, 19, 2013, p. 297-326) or

2.      Name of the author, title, year, place of issue, page (M.J. Price, The Coinage in the Name of Alexander the Great and Philip Arrhidaeus, Zürich-Londra, 1991, p. 180).

The abbreviations are listed in previous issues of Studii și Cercetări de Numismatică, serie nouă.

In the case of an abbreviation not in the list mentioned above, it should be included in the abbreviation list at the endof the article, separate from the reference list.

Illustration:

- every figure should be referred to as (Fig. 1, Graphic 1, Table 1) in the text.

-the list of figure captions should be included at the end of the text, in the language of the paper and in English or French.

-the illustration can be designed both as one‐page plates, and as smaller figures that can be included in the text.

-page size is 24 × 18 cm.

-illustration should be sent as .jpg, at minimum 300 dpi resolution.

-tables must be sent in .doc or .docx format.
